Started in November 2017, it was planned to finish in September 2019. The building includes a three-storey office and a warehouse, with one part being three storeys high and the rest one storey.
Lotte Mall is a two-floor shopping center in Spanish Town, located at 32 Wellington Street. It's about 2,200 square meters big. AYD/BYD TCI Construction Ltd built it from July 2017 to March 2019, doing everything from designing to building it. They used high-quality materials and worked efficiently, making the mall well-known and respected in the area.
